Shanxi Jiankai® JK-PL-SR is a new superplasticiser based on the polycarboxylate technology.

Shanxi Jiankai® JK-PL-SR the performance characteristics of good workability and small shrinkage.
Shanxi Jiankai® JK-PL-SR meets the requirements of GB8076-2008.
Shanxi Jiankai® JK-PL-SR is a neutral concentrate grade, it is mainly used as a raw material to produce different types of high performance water reducers for targeted industrial. It complies with ASTM C 494, Type F specifications.

Recommended Usage

Shanxi Jiankai® JK-PL-SR can be widely used in large-volume concrete with high admixtures, high-strength pipe piles, segments and prefabricated components. It meets the requirements of fair-faced concrete and is also suitable for the steam-free curing process of precast concrete.

Our Advantages

Shanxi Jiankai® JK-PL-SR is a slow-release slump retaining agent with certain water-reducing properties. It can effectively compensate for the loss of electrode potential of admixtures during the cement hydration process, thereby achieving stable concrete flow properties. When combined with a small amount of retardant, under the working environment of 35ºC, there is no loss in the slump and expansion of fresh concrete for 3 hours.

Packaging & Shipping

It is packed in 1.1 ton IBC tank, one 20'ft load 22 tons.
Keep container closed when it is not in use, store in dry, cool and shaded place.
Shelf Life: Minimum 12 months when unopened. After the expiration date, it can be used if testing results is qualified.
