Shanxi Jiankai ® JK-PL-SR is a superplasticizer developed to meet the requirements of different concrete slump retention time.Through the optimized design of molecular structure, it has excellent slump retention and extremely high water reduction rate, which greatly improves the plasticity index of fresh concrete and improves its pumping and workability.

At the same time, the strength growth and structural development of hardened concrete are also significantly improved.

The product has low dosage, strong adaptability to various concrete raw materials, and can meet various concrete slump protection requirements under pumping, medium and low slump, long-term transportation, and high-temperature construction conditions.

Dosage

Usually, we recommend that JK-PCE-SR and JK-PCE-WR are used in combination.

The ratio of JK-PCE-WR and JK-PCE-SR is (90%~50%): (10%~50%), and after compounding the dosage should be 0.05%~0.25% of the cementitious material.

After diluting in proportion, it can be added to the concrete mixer together with water.

It is better to add 1~4% of the mass of water reducing agent and retarder to adjust the setting time.

 

Packaging & Shipping

It is packed in 1.1 ton IBC tank, one 20'ft load 22 tons.
Keep container closed when it is not in use, store in dry, cool and shaded place.
Shelf Life: Minimum 12 months when unopened. After the expiration date, it can be used if testing results is qualified.
