Organic Silicon Antifoaming Defoamer 

 

Defoamer is a kind of powder form modified polyether powder defoamer with high defoaming efficiency.

 

And it is with the features of fast defoaming, long time of foam inhibition, small dosage and low cost. The product is applicable to high temperature and low temperature system. It is widely used in papermaking, fertilizer, oil field, hydrolysis reactions, sewage treatment, metal processing industries, etc. The product makes contribution to energy conservation and environmental friendly.

 

Defoamer specially developed for gypsum based and cement based systems with strong defoaming and high anti-foaming performance. It fundamentally solves the problems of product appearance and enhances the apparent quality. In the performance experiment of defoaming, it takes 10 to 15 seconds to eliminate foams to required level after shaking the measuring cylinder 10 times. It takes 30 to 40 seconds to eliminate foams to required level after shaking the measuring cylinder 100 times.

Dosage

 

Dry mixed homogeneously with other ingredients of dry mortar and packaged as one product, which

can be at job site mixed with recommended dosage of water for application.

 

Recommended dosage is 0.02-0.2% based on the total weight of mortar. The detailed dosage should

be determined by test in advance according to local raw materials and construction regulation.

Packing and Storage

For powder: Powder packed in 25kg paper-plastic compound bag.

It should be stored in a dedicated warehouse that is well-ventilated and dry and keep away from moisture.
