Application

The dispersing agent MF is mainly used as dispersing agent and filler for vat dyes and disperse dyes. It is mainly used for disperse dyes and finishing agents and dispersants when vat dyes are lapping. It has the advantages of good grinding efficiency, dispersibility, heat resistance, dispersion stability in high temperature. It is more resistant to high temperature and stable.  

JK-MF-B+ Dispersing Agent MF(Na₂SO₄≤8%) can make the dye more brightly and colorful, increase color force, and uniformcoloring.It can also be mixture formulation with all kinds of dispersants in order to adapt to the various customers requirements of disperse dyes and vat dyes.

JK-MF-B+ Dispersing Agent MF(Na₂SO₄≤8%) can be used as dispersing agent both in during grinding vat dyestuff and during dyeing with vat dye suspension, and stabilizer in rubber & latex industry, auxiliary tanning agent in leather industry.

While being used as dispersant and filler of disperse and vat dyes, dosage shall be 0.5-3 times of vat dyes or 1.5-2 times of disperse dyes.

In pigment pad dyeing of vat dyes, generally, 3-5g/L shall be added in pad dyeing bath and 15-20g/L shall be added into reduction bath.

Generally, during dyeing with disperse dyes and high temperature high pressure dyeing with polyester, 0.5-1.5g/L shall be added into dyeing bath.
