JK-PCE-WR is a high performance based on polycarboxylate, has high water reducing rate, it is mianly applied to high strength, high performance and high grade concrete, mass concrete and high quality fluid concrete, etc.

JK-PCE-WR is a neutral concentrate grade, it is mainly used as a raw material to produce different types of high performance water reducers for targeted industrial. It complies with ASTM C 494, Type F specifications.

JK-PCE-WR is most effective high range water reducing in the market which the reducing rate can go up to 35-40%. Because of their low chloride and alkali content, no corrosion to steel-bar, high stability & environmental friendly and nontoxic characters, they have been warm welcomed in high strength concrete for railway, haven, traffic, bridge and electric power., got good feedback from worldwide customers. It is excellent superplasticizer in premix of construction and cast-in-place concrete.

Recommended Usage

• JK-PCE-WR can be applied in a wide variety industry and can improve the workability to the concrete and to improve high early compressive strength, even with low water/cement ratios while maintaining normal levels of workability.
• JK-PCE-WR can be widely used in conventional concrete, pumping concrete, super-fluid self-compacting and high-performance concrete; it has the excellent performance especially in the application of high-strength high performance concrete.

• Use in construction areas

  1. Low blend dosage and high water reduction.  The blend dosage is usually 0.4-1% of the gelled material and water can be 
  reduced by 25%-45%.

  2. Good adaptability. It adapts well with many kinds of concrete, especially suitable for formulating high strength, high flowing and high performance concrete formulating with active admixture such as fly-ash and slag.

  3. Slump of plastic retaining concrete seldom decrease and isn't affected by temperature change.

  4. This product can significantly increase physical performance index and durability and 

  increase resistance ability to deformation.

  5. High applicability. It's suitable for formulating concrete with variety of performance requirement, especially C20-C100 high 
  performance concrete. 

  6. Also good retarder. The setting time will be significant controlled by them.

Packaging & Shipping

It is packed in 1.1 ton IBC tank, one 20'ft load 22 tons.
Keep container closed when it is not in use, store in dry, cool and shaded place.
Shelf Life: Minimum 12 months when unopened. After the expiration date, it can be used if testing results is qualified.
