JK-SG referred to as retarder, it is a set-retarding admixture, and it can slow down the hydration of cement, prolong set time, and extend the working life of concrete for long periods without any negative influence on the concrete quality. It complies with ASTM C 494, Type B, GB8076-2008 and GB50119-2003.
Ø Extending concrete initial setting time for proper finishing without cold joint during hot weather.
Ø Increasing the workable time of concrete up to several hours.
Ø Providing flexibility in planning and scheduling of concrete pours.
Ø Applicable for massive concrete, cast concrete and large area construction.

0.01% to 0.06% by weight of cement. Exact dosage rates are dependent on the type of effect sought, quality of cement and aggregates, water/cement ratio and ambient temperature. Therefore, in many cases it is advisable to carry out trial mixes.
For powder: Powder packed in 25kg or 1150kg jumbo bag.
It should be stored in a dedicated warehouse that is well-ventilated and dry and keep away from moisture.
Shelf Life: Minimum 12 months. After the expiration date, it can be used if testing results is qualified.
